We believe a great dining experience is not solely based on the look of a restaurant, the servers, or even the food, but on how that restaurant accommodates its customers. Catering to each customer’s allergen to provide a safe and comfortable experience is our main goal because this is the most important to us and our customers. We promise you the food, service, and atmosphere are unforgettable, but the safety of our customers is our main priority.
My family has always been interested in learning more about our health and how to create healthy meals while still indulging. We took our family favorites, refined them, and learned how to produce them at a bigger scale, in hopes of someday allowing others to taste our food. Golden Coast was in the works for years, and once we got our footing right, we are finally ready to open our delicious meals to you!
Safety is Our Biggest Priority
Growing up with a dairy allergy and having a few family members who have allergies, has made it difficult to find options when going out to eat. Since we already cooked catering to our allergies, we had a good idea of great substitutes and alterations we could make to our favorite meals. Offering an allergy menu was a must for The Golden Coast because this was such a struggle when we went to restaurants.
We don’t want anyone to miss out on the meal they think sounds delicious. We have an allergen menu for easy choosing but if our customers see the meal, they were eyeing containing their allergy, we assure you, that we will cater to your needs and provide a delicious, safe meal.
